Our church is a warm and loving church, and we want you to feel comfortable and at liberty to call on us for anything you need. How to connect with Grace Church.

  1. Attend Sunday Morning Worship Service. We are better together. Service begins at 10am
  2. Attend Wednesday Night Bible Study. Bible Study begins at 6:30
  3. Facebook: We have two locations on Facebook.
    1. Grace Church (Where Grace Wins). It’s our “group” page. This is where most things happen.
    2. Grace Church of Metropolis. This is our “business” page. Used occasionally
  4. YouTube: Grace Church Metropolis.

    A monthly fellowship targeted towards men. Fellowship, Food, Mission projects, and Inspiring Bible Devotionals. We meet the 1st  Thursday of every month @ 6:00pm. (July 2nd is the next meeting)

     

     

  • Grace Church Food Pantry

    The Food Pantry

    The Food Pantry is open the last Saturday of each month. 

    June 27th 

    Hours 10-12

    A meal will also be served.

    Monetary donations are always welcome. 

    We also need volunteers to help. 

     

     

  • Weekly Up Coming Events

    Grace Church Happenings     

    • Experiencing God Lesson 8 Part 2 is now on the website. 
    • Coming Soon “Who’s Your One.” An evangelism campaign for each person to pray and reach one person this year with the gospel. 
    • Children Church – Their room is back together and back in business. Children may leave during “Say Hello”. 
    • Men of Grace (men’s group meeting) July 2nd @ 6pm. A meal is served along with great fellowship and devotional geared toward being a godly man. 
    • Bible Study Room We now have a room just for bible studies and other meeting. The kitchen is still available. 
    • Current Sermon Series. James One. A verse-by-verse examination of James Chapter One. You will find all messages on our website. 
    • Father’s Day is June 21st

     

    Community outreach

    • Support the Food Pantry: The food pantry requires financial resources to operate. The most important thing you can do is pray for God’s blessings. If you have extra to give, please consider donating.
    • To Donate: Write checks to Grace Food Pantry and mail to 4306 Macedonia Church Rd. Metropolis, IL. 62960.
    • Grace Church Food Pantry: The next Food Pantry will be last Saturday of each month, from 10:00 AM - 12 noon. 
    • Grace Church Community Meal: Served alongside the food pantry. We are looking for help in this ministry. If you’re able to volunteer, please let us know!

     

    Daily Grace 

    • Daily Grace is Bro Chris’ online ministry. 
    • Daily Grace Devotions: Daily Grace teaching to start your day.
    • Daily Grace Bible Reading: Theme based bible passages for you to meditate on. Also, bible stories. 
    • Daily Grace Prayer: Personal prayers by Pastor for you to pray along side of. 
    • Daily Grace Live: 5 minute videos to encourage you in your daily walk.
